The Real Princes

.

When real princes wear shorts
And their hair is swept back
Like the waves riding oceans
They swirl and bulge fat
Deep footsteps find filling
With worlds of their own
Small things in small things
Floating freely and sigh
Till a sea’s heavy rolling
Gather all to her tide
And a laugh can be seen
Hear the squeal of child
The real princes wear shorts
The real princes wear smiles.
